What kind of shop will do the torsion key replacement for me since i dont hve time myself ? Which keys do i need ? 2001 1500 Z71 5.3 extended cab.. thanks

You need the keys from a '97-'03 Ford F-150, part # XL3Z5B328CA. Any repair shop should be able to do it. Maybe an hours labor or so.

Does that part # include both keys, or just one?

Ok duh, I realized later that the part # is for one key only...
