01 GMC Sierra Problems

I just had this 01 GMC Sierra 1500 to me today by my father. It is a nice truck with a powerful 5.3. But today when I would crank up the heat on the AC there is a deep loud noise when it is on. I just started doing this tonight. Also my passenger window will barley close and doesnt close all the way so it makes a whistling noise going over 40mph. Then everytime I hit a bump it sounds like the inside of the trust plastic is going to fall off. ITs real noisey. Could someone help me out a little bit.

The deep loud noise sounds like you have Recirc stuck on, or turned on MaxAC. Try moving the hot/cold adjustor a little way off the cold end stop and see if it goes away. It's normal for recirc to sound louder.

 

You'll probably have to pull the door panel to figure out what's up with the window. Something probably broke or jumped track.
