Wax/polish residue

Hey folks, in the process of using some polish and wax to remove some spots on my pickup, I got some residue on my black fender flares. What is recommended to remove the residue before they start to fade grayish/white? I tried regular carwash soap/water but some of it remains. Thanks!

Get Stoner's "Trim Shine". Autozone, Wal-Mart, etc. has it. Just spray on, do a light wipe. Apply a bit of common sense with it. Really works well.

Believe it or not peanut butter will usually work very well.

Wurth makes a product that works well. Different part stores carry it.

I've always used Wesley's Bleach White white wall cleaner on a cloth. It takes the stuff off then I hit it with Armor All or something like that.
