Newbie, Two questions: Did you do this with Photoshop and do you have a life away from this Forum? LOL

I do have a life.  However, if it were a JPG file I do admit I would have to run it through "Sharpen" and "Brighten" a couple of times........maybe even increase the contrast a bit.

As for you Mr. Shaners, I don't remember hearing that Seinfeld died leaving YOU in charge of HUMOR!!!! :wink:

Thanks. It looks like I will go with the white letters out. The tires need contrast because it is black. Thanks to all that have helped. :)

For the record, I like the white letters out.  I will probably do that with mine when the original set wears out.  They will be mounted and balanced and the invoice will be sent to Shaners.
