Performance Mods

I'm sure this has been done before, but I would like to survey some of you guys on performance mods that you've done and see what gave good results, and what was advertising hyp.  I see alot of people asking questions about the same mods so I thought this would be a good place for reference and to leave opinions.  Who knows, maybe save somebody some hard earned $$$$

Mods I've done in the past was:

Superchip, good results, definite seat of the pants powergain, and 1-3mpg

Cat back, (Flowmaster)  Defintely sounded better (both trucks) Can't honestly say I gained noticable power.  maybe MPG's

FIPK, (on my old ford only)  WASTE OF MONEY, looked nice under the hood.  No mileage, no performance, no nothin'.  This time around on my chevy, I'm going to fabricate a ram air system or cowl induction.

Anybody Else????

AFTERMARKET IGNITION

I can't say enough about these.  I have a MSD in my newer Ford, but if  I had to do it again, I would go with the Jacob's MileageMaster.  Great setup.
