Engine flush

How many of you use a engine flush every once in a while? I tend to use Gunk about every 2 years. I hear that Amsoil's flush is one of the better ones out there. ANy opinions??

I don't run any type of engine flush in my truck. Although the trucks just over a year old

I don't flush, but every oil change I pour a quart new oil into the engine after the old is drained. After that drains, just plug it up and add the new oil and filter.

I just picked up my truck and it has 118000 miles on it, I plan on flushing the engine soon. I'm hoping to get my hands on the Amsoil over the weekend at my local flea-market. If I can't get any I'll just take a trip to CAP or any other autoparts stores to see what they have.
