Trailer mirrors

Here are the mirrors that came on my truck, first time i've seen this type on a truck I might change them to standard style. anyone else have these on there truck?

Mark, I have those mirrors.  Overall I like them, especially when towing.  However I do wish the right side mirror was convex instead of flat.  I put one of those 2" round stick-on mirrors in the lower outside corner and it helped some...

Boy that is about right you want a convex right hand mirror and I want a flat right hand mirror.  I checked and all the mirrors that fit on to the backing of my truck will only take the convex type.  I think that someone should be making a kit where you could change one for the other.  I hate my mirror that is all convex, I back up a lot with and without trailers and I just perfer not to have a convex mirror.
