Air Conditioner smell

1999 Silverado NBS. Floor is not wet anywhere, although last year after the hurricane I did get the carpet wet from leak around wiring harness but is repaired now. Seems that the drain amount from the a/c is adequate. Any ideas?

spray some lysol in the intake duct at the cowl.

 

turn off the AC 5 mins before you stop the truck but leave the blower on.
