Shifter Arm Clearance

I am in the market for a new head unit. Now that I have a "real" job, I can afford to spend some money on the truck finally! Wa-Hoo, anyway, I was looking at an Alpine IVA-D310. Tweeter had it on sale and I was wondering if I will have any problems with the shifter arm getting in the way when the tranny is in Park? Thanks in advance.

Any flip up radios that i know of will have problems with shifter getting in the way.

I laugh at my friend in his tahoe everytime he has to hold it back while the radio comes on
