Underseat storage in Ext cab truck

Does anyone have any opinions or suggestions on which one is best or if they are worth the money. I am looking to purchase one to better organize the storage space in my truck.

I bought two small plastic toolboxes, one for each side of the truck, and keep them under the rear seat. If I remember right, there is about 9" of clearance under there with the seat down. One advantage of this system is that I can raise the seat, move the toolboxes, and have plenty of room for my lab to travel back there. Even if it's just to Dairy Queen, like today.

They are VERY handy to stow your gear !!!!

I have the lockable GM one. Pricey at $365 bucks tho. I got mine from

a fella here on the net for $200

Do a seaRCH for underseat storage boxes. There are quite a few.

One from Best prod. Co. has no lid and sells for around $150

Another is from Du-Ha at about the same price..........

I got the GM one as well for a steal due to a pricing error. I've been happy with it. As mentioned, this has been discussed before. Some use toolboxes(I did when I first got the truck), others use wooden frames, some plastic, etc...

I used a couple of wooden boxes ( without lids ) that my father had. I keep my drawbars and towing stuff in there!

Can any of you guys post pictures? I've been thinking about getting one. I have a few control boxes and strobe power supplies under the rear seat that just don't seem to want to stay put. I don't really want to drill a hole into the floor if I don't have to just to make it stay. Was wondering how solid those storage units were, and if the back was open at all. Thanks.
