2002 xcab Z71

I was checking out a new truck for my dad. I found a 2002 Chevy xcab, LT Z71....fully loaded. The truck was a dealer demo, it has about 1,600 miles on it. The dealer will sell for $29,200.00 . What do you guys think? the same truck  brand new list's for 34,100.00 on the sticker, I think it a sweet deal.

not too bad of a deal.  I think that most dealers would get you a brand new, 0 mile 34,000 dollar truck for around 30 to 31 g's.  It seems like a good deal.  Make sure you get them to throw in some extras like a bedliner, mudflaps, etc...

yea, I figure 31K is the best deal right now for a 2002 like this.

That sounds pretty good.  They might not want to go much lower considering it's a 2002 model.  When I bought my '99, it was a dealer demo also, but with around 5000 miles.  The sticker was right around $32,000, and I ended up getting it for $25,000.  The funny thing is, they came to within $100 of what we told him we'd pay for it.  So we said we'd look around some more.  He said "you're going to walk out over $100 dollars?", and I said " you're going to let us walk out over $100 ?"   About 5 minutes later, we had it for the price we wanted.

yea, for $29,200, I figure you can walk out with it for $28,000 cash. You guys would relley like this truck, bright red w/grey leather,  looks sweet.
