Hello all... I am hoping someone here would be able to point me in the right direction.

I just bought a 2000 Blazer 4x4 LT ... and it has power and heated seats.

The heat works on both.. (OUCH), but the power controls do not function (again on both). I bought a Haynes manual thinking I might be able to troubleshoot it a little. But nope.

Does any one know which fuse/relay (if there is one) controls the power seats? I'm thinking it's either a fuse or a relay only cuz both front seats are not working (heat but no movement)..

Thanks in advance..

The seat motors are actually powered from a different power source then the heated portion of the circuit. Since both sides do not work then you need to check the POWER SEATS circuit breaker in the body relay block located under the drivers side dash area. If you have power at the circuit breaker then it may being held open by a short to ground between the block and the seats. If you are not getting power to your circuit breaker then you have to check the power feed coming from the underhood fuse block which feeds that circuit breaker.

Starting at the source, the battery goes to the underhood fuse block and feed the 50A RAP fuse. The circuit goes from the underhood block 2 cavity blk connector (red wire) to the body relay block cavity E1 where it feeds the POWER SEATS circuit breaker. It exits the relay block on cavity B1 (orn wire) and then splices off to the two seats.

Sorry for being so wordy just trying to be thourogh in my explanation. Good luck.
