Exhaust odor

My 03 8.1 CC/LB w/ 13000 miles has this foul exhaust odor after it warms up , smells like rotten egg, sulfur. Asked the dealership and they said it was cheap gas and suggested I get gas at a different place. I tried that and it still smells horrible.

 

Any suggestions on what it could be? They don't think its an issue to worry about. Might not be, but I'm tired of people telling me my truck stinks ....and I can't disagree with them!

A rotten egg smell from the exhaust typically means the engine is running too rich. Check your air filter, find a friend with a code scanner, try some injector cleaner in the gasoline (to free upa sticky injector), etc...
