Real HP and torque

Guys, experts,

 

My 1995 Sub with the 5.7 TBI with a towing package (engine RPO code L05?) lists as a 200 HP / 310 ft lbs torque. Is this accurate?

Is this motor a 4 bolt motor (main bearing caps)?

Is this motor a roller cam motor?

 

Finally, what tranny would this one have? I think it's 16 pan bolts as I recall ( could recheck if needed). It's a k1500..

FAR AS THE TRANS IF IT DOES HAVE 16 BOLTS THEN IT IS THE 4L60E OR WAS KNOW AS 700R4

 

IF MORE BOLTS THEN IS THE 4L80E

I also have a 95. Most of what I have read the rear wheel HP is 165-170. I haven't seen any torque numbers. It is a two bolt mains engine and has a standard cam shaft.
