exhaust for '03 Suburban Z-71

hey guys,

 

i havent been on this board forever. My yukon has been on the back buner since i got my mustang.

 

my dad just picked up a 2003 Chevy Suburban 1500 Z-71. 4x4, 5.3L, loaded. He wants an exhaust for his truck. I'm trying to set him up with a flowmaster. I found this one on their website

Its exactly what he wants. Why wont it fit Z-71 trucks? Whats the difference in exhaust for a base model and a Z-71?

 

I was gonna talk him into a K&N replacement filter and a tuner to pep up his 5.3L after the exhaust. Any pointers?

Not sure but maybe the Z-71 has an "off road" stabilizer bar that non z-71's don't have, least on the trucks anyways. but I also though all the SUV's had them so maybe not. The only mechanical difference would be suspension, or a skid plate in the way...
