2000 Silverado. Turning the lumbar control knob, to increase lumbar, and I felt a slight pop and now the knob just free wheels. Is there a way to fix this??

Possibly. You'll need to take the seat back cover off, or at least roll it up high enough to get at the lumbar support. It's just several flat, flexible spring type straps. When you turn the knob you pull a cable that flexes this assembly, bowing it to create the effect you feel on your lower back.

 

Sometimes that cable just pops loose.
