Type of control arms?

I am installing Airlift Aircells on the front of my 98 GMC k2500, and they are asking the type of lower control arms, cast or stamped? How can I tell the difference? Thanks

CAST would be solid, Stamped would be hollow. My guess would be that yours are Stamped, but you should look for yourself to be sure.
