I have been having this problem with my motor running too hott. Everytime I drive 25+ miles my motor begins to overheat. I already changed the theromstat and had a full fluid flush. I have no clue what is going on. Thanx in advance

Is the fan clutch good? Then check and see if rad is clogged. A heat gun can check most areas and see if temp is uniform. Does it have a fan shroud? Also could be water pump vanes bad. Will it over heat ideing? Losing any water? Holding pressure(rad cap)

Is that a body lift? Seen those where they just remove the bottom half of the fan shroud because the fan is no longer centered in the shroud, which doesn't do much for proper cooling.

Other than that, in my experience, overheating conditions that take a long or hard drive to occur are almost always a result of lost efficiency of the radiator. Some tubes may be totally clogged, others restricted. Also, if there are any baffles or seals around the radiator that are missing that would allow air to go around the radiator instead of through it, that would be a problem.

No it's a 7.5in lift on a 2wd. I already had the radiator cap changed. I think it might be my radiator but i will try to check the lines though. The truck does overheat if your in warm weather. It hasn't done it too much in the winter time though.
