cruise quit

Just returned from trip and the cruise on my Yukon XL quit working.

Everything was OK for about 1/2 of the trip.

Stopped for gas and a beverage, got back on the freeway and the cruise won't turn on.

I checked and replaced the cruise fuse but it still isn't working.

Didn't realize just how much I use cruise until it doesn't work.

18 hours on the interstates with light traffic and no cruise just wasn't comfortable.

Any ideas on what happened to the cruise????

Did you try taking your foot and pulling up on the brake pedal while driving & engaging cruise. If it works the cruise/brake switch is out of adjustment.
