Towing Mirrors

Ok guys and gals, just got an 05 CCSB 6.0 with the power folding mirrors. I would like the telescopic mirrors, what is needed to change these? Are they the same plug? Will the button that folds the mirrors in change to expanding them? Any help will be appreciated!

I do believe you can interchange the mirrors. The plugs are the same. What you may have to do however is have the comouter flashed to get the telescopic function to work. That assumes that you have the same remote control button on your arm rest that the trucks with the telescopic mirrors have.

yes they are Plug and Play.. you will need to have the door modules flashed for them to function as they should but thats no problem.. my dealer charged me $50. to do so..

they worked great.

I traded the 05 off and kept my mirrors (put the originals back on) but now thinking about putting them on my 03..

 

Also your switch's will work just fine!! just change the mirrors and take it to the dealer for a quick flash.
