DRL's not working

So I noticed yesterday that my DRL's don't work. As the subject says, I have checked all the fuses. The little green light on my instrument cluster works. If I lightly push the emergency brake the little green indicator light will go off and if i release the emergency brake the little green light will come back on but no DRL's. Any ideas? This is on my '97. Thanks.

Bulbs burned out. On the 97's on the firewall on the inside of the cab behind the brake pedal you'll see 2 relays, the smaller one I believe it is, if you pull it out should have 5 prongs and the 3 across the top the 2 outside ones control your drl's, could check there.

I have a 97 as well. When I bought it, the green light was (still is) on and the DRL's do not work. I assume the guy that had it before me just took the fuse out. Works for me. They are pointless and this way you dont have to change the bulbs. my 2 cents

Thanks for the replys. I'll check the relay. The DRL's are the same lights as the low beams. I have had the truck since it had 35,000 miles on it and have never had to change light bulbs. It now has 140,000 miles on it. When I turn the headlights on they work, so it's not the bulbs. My money is going to be on a relay. I figured they had one somewhere, just didn't know where. Thanks again.
