VentVisors, vent shade, ?

Well my ventvisors came off finally. The tape has "gave out".

So exploring other options.

Thinking of just getting more of them, or just putting new tape on.

What about the in-channel ones? Do they make them for the rear doors?

Pics?

I have the in channel visors on my 05 xtra cab. I had the same ones on my 02. When I traded it in I just popped them out and put them in my 05. I wouldn't have anything else but the in channel ones. They are more money but I just think they give a much cleaner appearance and they have never fallen out or moved. I don't know if they make them for a back door. I only have them on the main doors.

I have the OEM stick-ons on mine. I'd rather have the in-channel ones for the same reasons that lazer mentioned. Kinda hate the GM Accessories stamp on each of these OEM types, even though it was probably made by Ventshades. I did read in one of the searched postings that in-channels have wind noise - don't know how much is true. There purpose to vent is exactly what they do - in or out of channel. Too bad they don't come in clear to allow us to paint them to body colour.

Yes they make the inchannel for the crews, front and rear doors.. I can not remember the number but I had them on my 05.. and will buy again when needed.

they are ventshade I think? got them on ebay for about $40. for the set!!

don't buy anything but the in-channel... they are way too nice!

Have had mine for almost 7 years and transferred to two different trucks. Never had a problem with them. Not sure what they make for the rears on an ext. cab though. EGR also makes them and they are a bit wider and darker than the weathertechs.
