Pro comp shocks

Is anyone familar with the explorer Pro comp shocks? I was just checking them out on the truckaddons.com ( at least I think that's where I was ) and they seem to be really reasonably priced. Does anyone know if they are any good or better then the standard Z71 shocks? I don't do any hard off Road driving so I'm looking for a shock that gives a smooth ride. I'm looking to spend less then 300 and would love be around $200 for a set..

Ryan, what series shock did you get for your truck? where they OEM replacements?

I still have the stockers on my truck now.

 

A couple of years ago, I put the pro comps on a Jeep Cherokee with a 3 inch suspension lift.  I was pleased with their performance on the Jeep.
