Installing OEM Navigation

Hello all,

I've have a 2002 Chevy Cavalier (2dr). It has the non-premium stock CD/AM/FM unit (1.5 or 2 din) installed (factory). I'm looking to put in a navigation system, but just now sure what to have installed!

I was told I can install a non-lux, non-bose, non-premium navigation system from any GM truck/suv/car and it should work fine, but I'm not sure if that is correct or not.

Any help/suggestions would be much much appreciated.

Thanks!

I am not entirely sure. I know its a simple switch with the newer tahoes, yukons etc... plug and play, and it integrates with all the steering wheel controls and speakers easy. I don't know about the 2002 cavalier though. If it fits right, I am sure you can 'install' it but you would have to possibly make some custom connections for the speakers and stuff..
