Does anyone know an online vendor for these controllers?

Any particular model better than the others?

I used a Tekonsha Voyager for 8 years.  Didn't like all the muss and fuss leveling it and adjusting the gain for different load weights.  I just had their Prodigy installed and I'm very pleased with it.  No Leveling Minor gain adjustment to start.  Basically set it and forget it.  Highly recommend for the extra $30 bucks or so.  Can't recommend a site for purchase,  I paid $133 for mine installed.  Spend the extra bucks, I've found it to be worth it!

Shaners can probably give you more info on the Tekonsha Brake controller's.  He has one and speaks highly of them.  :D

Try Campingworld.com. They have the Prodigy for $149.00 They carry to or three other models. I would like to find one that I could mount in the useless hole on the dash, where the 4 X 4 switches mount. Also J.C. Whitney, Performance Products, Northern Tool and Equipment.

Any RV store or most Autoparts stores could fix you up.  I didn't order my Tekonsha online, because I was in a hurry for it.

My old Tekonsha did a fine job, but I did have to adjust it sometimes.  The newer ones aren't as finicky, and are very easy to setup...  just follow the instructions.

MarkD - Found the link to AgriSupply - $118.95 + UPS Shipping for the Tekonsha Prodigy - This is the best price on line price available for this Model.  Sorry it took me so long, I was off line for a week.  Hope the link works.

There are quite a few places online that sell them.  Go to a search engine like Google and search for "Tekonsha Brake Control" and you will find a bunch.  AgriSupply does seem to be the cheapest (I'm shopping for one right now too).  You can also watch eBay -- there are quite a few new ones on there -- but with an auction you may get it cheaper, you may not.

As for models, all Tekonsha controls are "proportional" instead of "time-delay".  I don't do alot of towing, but according to RV'ers the proportional ones are the way to go.  In the Tekonsha line the Prodigy has the most features and the Voyager has the least (but it still has alot of features).  Somewhere between these two are the Envoy and the Sentinel.  For most people the Voyager or the Envoy seems to be a good choice.  If you want to spend a little more the Prodigy is the way to go (it constantly "levels" itself automatically).

Shaners and some others on here will definitely know more .....

I am currently looking for a good deal on a prodigy.

Camping world has them for about $150.

I have a local Agri-Supply, I'll check there.

Thanks
