Have an 03 2500HD with the older OnStar. Is there an available means to upgrade to the newer non-analog hardware?

YES! Call your dealer. I inquired about the "all digital" thing when I heard they were moving away from anolog. I was told that the dealer needs to change out the onstar mod or what ever and I believe it was 300.00 bucks or somthing like that. You can also call onstar and inquire about it.
