My planned setup

Any feedback or additional suggestions are welcome  . Here is my plan when I get home in a couple of months. Throw on a set of ceramic long tube headers w/ high flow cats and magnaflow muffler, put on a ram air kit from Vararam, and get a tuned pcm from wait4me. Only a couple of things going through my mind now...should I keep my cat-back dual exhaust or take it down to a single pipe. I have read in previous posts that the newer trucks need some back pressure to perform at their peak. Also, will getting the wait4me tune reduce the chance of my o2 sensors going wacky because of the different exhaust setup? Let me know what ya'll think...even if it's bad you won't hurt my feelings. :banghead:

Sounds like a good plan, go with dynatech supermaxx header system, it has High flow cats included

Unless you live some where that has emissions Nazis I would lose the cats, you can make up the back pressure with mufflers, and O2 sims are alot cheaper than high flow racing cats and all that jazz. But other than that it sounds sweet

Pacesetter LTs and magnaflow high-flow cats would be a lot more cost effective. The dynatech system is $$$, but I'm sure it's good though. I'd keep the cat-back dual exhaust setup that you already have. I have a waitforme tune. For $160, it rocks. You should be alright as far as O2 sensors go.

I could be wrong, but I think pacesetter only makes longtubes for 2wd. I've also heard poor reviews of pacesetter's quality.

I'll also add that I've heard high-flow cats don't really do anything and that the stockers flow fine.

As far as Pacesetter's quality. I can vouch for it being terrible. I purchased a tubular header my turbo AWD talon and it cracked within a week. I would stay away from them.
