Security light comes on...

I have had my 2002 1500HD for about 1 1/2 months and 2500 miles. The "security" light has come on three times shortly after driving, when the truck has sat around for the evening. If I turn the ignition off and then back on, the light hasn't come back on for the rest of the trip. Any ideas? Or is this just one of those cpu glitches?

Hmmm...  I haven't heard of this one before.  You may want to mention it to your dealer when you take your truck in for service.

I had this problem awhile back. The security sensor needs to be replaced. One day my truck just wouldn't start because of this and I had to have it towed to the dealer. It was not a good site. I had only 12K miles on the truck. Take it to the dealer and have the sensor replaced.
