posi conversion kits? Do they exist?

I want posi traction on my 84 sierra is there a kit to make my current drivetrain posi or do I actually have to replace the whole differential? If I have to replace it, what kind would fit?

The problem with these is that you completely loose abilty to power both wheels at different speds in a turn (which a posi can do) with LockRight style lockers (they are not posi's) you have 2wd with both wheels same spedd or 1 WD with one wheel coasting faster. there is no other mode of operation.
