Chrome Rot

30,000 miles on the 2004 GMC Sierra Z71 and both bumpers, including the grill, are having chrome rot. Rust is popping up everywhere. Anyone else have this? I'm taking it into the dealership on the 24th for it. I'm going to ask that all be replaced. Will I see any pushback?

I have a 2000 Sierra and my bumper started rusting on the top corners after about 6 months. I took it to the dealership and they said it was where water was collecting. They told me not to wash it so much. What a crock. I finally decided to buy an aftermarket stock replacemant and have had no rust. If you press them enough, you can probably get yours replaced. I didn't want to deal with my dealership anymore. They're a bunch of a holes. BTW, I never had any problem with my rear bumper. Still looks brand new.
