Nah here in jersey they give you the wrong oil first, then when u go back and complain they put the filter on crooked so the oil leaks out. The best part about it was the guy trying to figure out for 10 minutes how to put on the filter. I was about to jump in the pit to help him. That was my old truck tho whose brand starts with a T and i'd rather not mention for fear of being tarred and feathered.

I bet that it's a lot more than just Jiffy Lube.

 

But that's still pretty sad.

That's really sad, but I don't doubt that happens more often. I'll go into RapidOil change to get my fuel filter replaced and I'll stand beside my car and watch everything they do. I think they probably rip off people who don't pay much attention.
