"Emergancy" power-steering pump question

First off I am on vacation with my camper on my truck, my power-steering pump went up. I bought a new pump and have a complete socket/wrench set. My problem is that there is a electric sensor on the pump where there pressure line comes out of it. How do I remove it, to put it on the new pump. I don't want to break it taking it off. Any help would greatly be appreciated, the service manuel doesn't have a tear down of the power-steering pump.
