drumset5994 Posted July 9, 2006 Posted July 9, 2006 I was riding in a rental car today...a 2006 Grand Prix...not a bad car, but i loved all the little do-dads it had. One of the great things it had was this "Instant Fuel Economy Monitor" and it was neat to watch as you laid on the gas, it said around 7 or 8 mpg, then when it went into overdrive, at around 45/50, it had almost like a 80mpg rating...i loved it! Do they make anything like this for our trucks? Even if it was constantly plugged into the ODBII Port, it'd be nice on trips and stuff to really see what the truck is gettiing as MPG.
Butch 02 Denali Posted July 12, 2006 Posted July 12, 2006 The new Aeroforce Gen II gauge reads instant MPG along with about 20 other functions and plugs directly into the ASDL port under the dash!
