04 Silverado Regular Cab

 

Anyone got any recommendations about the back speakers. I currently have Rockfords in the front door panels and now looking for the back also... Help is greatly appreciative.

If you have Fosgate, stick with Fosgate. See if they have some 4 x 6 (non-plate) speakers.

 

If not, just pick up some Boston Acoustics or something along those lines. I wouldn't reccomend plates if you're not going to put an amp on them though...Stick with coaxials.

Get the rockfords if you're not going to amp them. The RF 4x6s sound ok being powered from the HU. If you want to amp them, go with infinity plates or boston. Personally, I hate 4x6s. I cut the openings in my X-Cab to fit 5.25" speakers. I'm not sure if they'll fit in a single cab, but it's worth looking into. Let us know what you end up going with.
