Best Stuff to clean with

I've been using just normal stuff to clean my truck. It's got a good paint job that's scratched a little bit, and I'd love to know what to use to make it look a bit better. This is the first vehicle I've had that is actually going to go to shows, and I don't know what to use to get it perfectly showroom clean. And my poor car has absolutely NO shine, due to neglect from it's last owner. Any suggestions on products to help restore the paint to the beautiful color it was???

I use meguiar's products. There is scratchX and there is #83 compound to remove the swirls, minor scratches. I also use clay if its really bad to start out with when I wash the vehicle to remove any crap that's on the paint surface. Once I've done the above, I then use two coats of NXT. That should give you a solid shine for a couple of car washes, then you just maintain it with a coat of NXT wax evry 6 weeks or so.

I would reccomend 3M cleaning products. They are a little bit more expensive, but you really get what you pay for.
