Camper power take off..

Recently I just bought a 2007 Sierra 2500 HD diesel LBZ ... With the camper package and I am puting an Aux fuel tqank in back for my tractor. I found the wire harness at the front left side of the bed.. However. I am not getting any power to the red wire....

 

I can not see in the owners manual where it would be to hook up or fuse.

 

Can some one please help me?

Should be a simple fuse install under the hood. Not sure where the 07 box is at, but if you ask this question on the openroads.com forum you'll probably have a pic in less than a day.
