Wont start... plz help

Well... i've got my 01 3500 GMC 8.1 Dually...

 

and its got 25k miles...

 

yesterday i go out to start it... and nothing happens... it tries to crank... but it just doesnt start up...

 

and its out of the clear blue...

 

i mean i've had a time or two, when the fuel was low and it was parked on a slop where it would take a few seconds to fire up... but this just wont fire at all... whats the problem?

 

I've got to get this thing fixed asap!

first you got to figger out if its a fule problem or a spark problem.

 

I suggest you spray some starting fluid in the intake and see if it fires, thats an EZ cheap way to see if its spark or fuel, and then go from there.

so the dealership hasnt finnished their diagnosic... but they say fuel pressure is fine... so its likely an electrical problem...

I've heard the 8.1's are bad for crack sensors...it's under warranty?
