rcmbrooks Posted September 20, 2006 Posted September 20, 2006 Just got my new Denali- loaded with all options. Being a Harley-Davidson Dealer, I ordered all my options through GM--- yeah, yeah, yeah... I ordered the 22 inch wheels through GM's catalogue. My god they are awesome and hold a 3 yr warranty. What's most impressive is GM's touring exhaust option. Does anyone know of this ? Beats my Corsa exhaust from the 2005 Denali. Smooth and noticable. People, they have a great exhaust without resonance. Everyone, please give it an option before resorting to aftermarket. It becomes part of the warranty of your new vehicle. I do aftermarket all day long with bikes. And for the first time, I can say GM has a system that performs. It's the kind that rumbles when you stomp but purrs when you feel idle. For now, it's the best system. Rob
Wingnut Posted September 20, 2006 Posted September 20, 2006 You should hear my sh*t bark when I mash the go-pedal. I agree with you too...GM is learning a lot with exhaust and resonance. Mine is nice and burbly (sure, that's a word) at idle, you can barely hear it at most cruising speeds, it has a nice rumble when I'm only mildly accelerating, and it's loud as hell when I'm in it to win it. There's zero drone or resonance at any point in the RPM spectrum. The only think I don't like about mine, is the fact that it's a single exit.

BORLA now makes the exhaust systems for GM since CORSA lost the licensing rights.
