mysterious part off 01 tahoe

i am completely dumfounded here guys. i have an o1 tahoe and my 3 year old daughter hands me a 4"by 7" piece of diamond shaped plastic that she found in my truck. i have no idea what it came off of. i was hoping you guys could help. it seem to have a part number but when i looked it up the gm search catalog said that number did not exist, so i need your help. it has these numbers on back

looks like a coverpiece but i have no idea what it goes to.

It is worth at least 5 hp, if not 6.
