Fluid leaking Driver side

I have a reddish fluid leaking from the driver side, most noteably in the front left wheel well.

 

I originally thought it was a blown shock from putting green keys on and cranking them a bit. However, I since replaced shocks with Rancho RS 99295 in front, RS 99262 rears. (Shock may be too short for the 2" or so "lift".)

 

Now the fluid appears here again.

 

The only other logical source could be from the brake master cylinder unit on the inside firewall, but I am not low brake fluid even though the master cylinder appears wet.

 

Any clues on how to tell if shock blown?

Have you checked your power steering lines and resevoir?
