what size tires would look good on a 2000 4x4 silverado with a 5-6" lift, would 33" tires look to small. the lift consist of 3" susp. and 3" body.

I can tell you that 6in suspension will fit any 33 easily. It may even look a bit small with 33's. I had 33 12.50 BFG's for a while with this set up. 6 inches with any combination will fit 35's with trimming. I have a 6in suspension with 35 12.50 SSR Swampers on an 05 Z71. I had to cut the front bumper plastics and remove the useless strip from below. Fits no problem for daily driving and towing. Off Road I would expect some rubbing.
