Tire pressure gauges

Anybody have a good tire guage they swear by? I have 3 regular "pop out" type gauges and one needle guage, they read pressure within 10 psi of each other. Are the digital gauges more accurate? I need something that reads al least 50 PSI for my LT 265/75R16 tires. (50PSI Cold)

Don't buy the ones with the plastic bodies. They're typically junk and aren't repeatable. You know you've got a good one when it repeats the same pressure reading every time.

I only use a good quality digital and have checked it against a racing guage like the one NASCAR teams use and its the most accurate.

repeating to itself is certainly a good start but it can repeat itself incorrectly too. I like the round steam gauge type and the really good gauges do not have a pin stop at the zero point but the gauge floats to zero. It is an automatic test for accuracy each time you use it. Curiously enough, these gauges are called "non-pinstop"

I use a pressure gage I got from Snap-On. We use one like it here in the Air Force and get it calibrated annually. It is in 1psi increments.

I purchased it off our Snap-On dealer but you can get it here.

$3 i think it was that much one from discount store it was sitting by the cashier with the sparkplug gappers.

reads the same as my $$$$ one in the shop, but it is small and i carry it around all the time in the glove box to chack pressures when i tow or something.
