Spray-In Bedliner

I have been getting quotes for various brands of spray-in bedliners in the DFW area.

 

My boss has a contact with TOFF, and was able to get me a quote for my '07 Silverado Classic SB, $250 for under the rail, $285 for over the rail. That's not bad considering that Line-X and Rhino were in the range of $375-450.

 

The question I have is, would yall do over the rail, or under the rail and get rail caps?

I did the under the rail with black diamond plate bed caps, I have a black truck so it looks pretty sweet.

I would definitely do over the rail. Its not that much more and provides a much better weather resistant seal. The bedrails trap too much water from what i have seen and start to rust out underneath them. I pulled all the stock protectors off (rails and tailgate) and had the bed lined over the rails and tailgate. Looks like the pics above minus the diamond plating underneath.

Very nice! Thanks for posting the pics. I'm definately going to get some diamond rails and have them sprayed with the rest of the bed. Looks tough.

I'll chime in on this. If I were going to pay someone else to do it, I'd probably go w/Rhino, simply because Line-X SUCKS on their warrenty. It supposedly comes with a lifetime guarantee that it won't peel or chip. My father-in-law's truck has two spots where the Line-X has chipped, then peeled. HOWEVER, Line-X claims that it's not a warrenty repair because we must have scraped something along the box to have made it chip and peel like that (ummm...duh, it's a truck, s**t gets drug in it all the time). So basically they told us we voided the warrenty because we used the truck like a truck...Line-X has since lost my business and that of many people I know.

I did over the rails and from the body line down including the sissy bars with line-x.

 

Now I can run 55 down gravel roads and don't have to worry about rocks chipping the paint.
