New Guy Saying Hello

hello all new guy here. i just bought a left over 2006 8.1/alli 4x4 crew cab thurs. love it so far . this is my first GMC always had Fords. anyhow i just ordered a set of NiTTo TERRA GRAPPLERS in 285-75r-16 today. do they fit with or with-out t-bar crank. i searched it but really not a clear answer. i know this has been beat to death but please just help the new guy!

Welcome to the forum. You will find a lot of good info on the 8.1 here, I know I have. I dont have an answer for you but thought I'd give you a howdy... You may want to get your signature set up. Have fun!!!

As far as the tires, you may have to put a couple of turns in the torsion bars, depending on how the truck was set up at the factory. You may also have to do some minor trimming of the inner fender well also. You'll find out when you get the tires mounted...
