misfire code p0300

Playing arround a tech 2on my 2002 tahoe and came up with a p0300 misfire?

My truck runs rough on intial start up when cold but clears up when warm, now check engine light stays on. Getting ready to take it in but any info will be greatly appreciated

Check the plugs and wires for starters. P0300 is a random misfire code. Not a cylinder specific code.
