Hello everyone. first post, but long time reader. I figured i'd finally sign up and be social. anyway, i'm building up a 5.7 vortec to replace the one that blew two months ago, and i'm sure ill be needing some input throughout the project. here's a pic of my 98 tahoe.

Friend of mine used to have a tahoe just like that. Thing was maroon with a blood red interior. Man, just riding in it gave me nightmares - does anyone actually like an all red interior? It was hideous!

THAT LOOKS SOO GOOD with the new wheels and the fender flares. those fender flares arent stock, are they? if not, where did u get them?

The fender flares were on it when i bought it, but the previous owner is a friend of mine, so i'll ask him next time i see him.

Talked to the previous owner, and the fender flares were put on by the dealer, but he didnt know if they were a gm part or not.

in retrospect i have no clue why i said that, they look like stock fender flares.....but yeah if u ever wanna give one of those trucks away, im your man for it
