I have a 1999 Yukon and I want to know if you can have the high and low beams on at the same time, if so how???...... IE so when I turn on my high beams my low beams stay on.

I just did this for my 99 truck by using a relay from hi beam back to low beam, when hi's are activated...all this and I added both low and hi HID headlight kits from Vision Bulbs.com.....amazing!

Don't have any pics but my truck's lights use a switched ground, which means that when you turn the lights on the ground is connected, not the power (which means the lights always have a positive feed, and when the ground (negative) is completed, the lights turn on) By using a test light connected to positive battery connection, you can determine where the switched ground wires are, and then use a relay to signal the low beam ground back on when the high beams ground is connected. If this sounds daunting, it really helps to understand how relays work completely before tackling this. I believe this works only up to 2003 model year.
