help with my xm

i just a 2004 cc LT it has xm. When i go to xm 1 or xm2 to the preview channel all i get is no signal. i want to subscribe to xm but i don't want to do this when the preview channels will not come in. I have checked the anntenna connection at the anttenna and at the xm reciver. what do i do next?

you have to subscribe then they send a signal to your radio. if i remember right it wont work until you call or go online and sign up

Go to the XM website and get the phone # for them. Call them and tell them that you would like to subscribe but not unless you are sure that your reciever is working right. I am sure they will signal your reciever to be sure that it will work if it means signing you up for a subscription. BTW, I've had XM for 5 years and love it. I drive from one end of this state to the other (320 miles) and never lose signal once.
