2004 Yukon XL Denali Navigation Conflict

I just picked up my 2004 Yukon XL Denali from Ernie Miller Pontiac, in Tulsa, Oklahoma after service. They replaced the "radio" which was actually the entire navigation unit in the dashboard. When I picked up the vehicle and started driving, the icon representing my location is spinning out of control!

It seems to be doing something, it finds my position and seems somewhat updated, however, the direction is totally whacked out by spinning uncontrolably. I'm about to spin out of control myself!

Is there an option, calibration feature, anything I can do to correct this issue? The dealership's service department was absolutely clueless and they're suggesting that I come back after the holidays and they'll send the headunit out and order a new one.. again!

Also, my service tire monitor is popping up on my display, they connected a Tech2 computer to it to figure it out. There is a test sequence they're trying to run..

With ignition off, however car in accessory mode, apply parking break and oscilate between off and parking lights on the light panel. It isn't working.. any ideas there?

Any advice is great, thanks guys!

I don't see where there's anything you can do in the driveway. Maybe check the connections on the back of the radio but that's about it. Take it back to the dealer.
