I have a 2005 Colorado and I keep getting a trouble code P0506

It says low idle detected I clear the code but it comes back

Clearing the code fixes nothing, so if it keeps coming back, you need to find and fix the problem.

 

Clean the throttle body, check for vacuum leaks. If you have a scanner, are the "actual" verses "desired" idle speed with 75 rpms of each other?
